Button mushrooms, pan fried in garlic butter, finished with cream and parsley, served with french bread

KING PRAWN AND CRAYFISH SALAD- £4.95
Succulent king prawns and crayfish tails, on a bed of salad leaves, dressed with a marie rose sauce with a hint of brandy.

THAI SPICED FISH CAKES- £4.95
Home made fish cakes combining Thai spices with white fish, salmon, spring onions, lime and fresh coriander leaves, served with a sweet and sour cucmber salad.

PATE - £4.95
Chicken, Pork and Penderyn whisky pate served with a fresh crusty baguette.

WELSH RAREBIT STUFFED MUSHROOM - £4.95
A juicy field mushroom stuffed with a mixture of bacon, onions and fresh herbs. Topped with Welsh rarebit and oven baked, served with a salad garnish.

Slow cooked until tender in a mint and onion gravy
